Sauer & Sohn: A Boxlock Ejector 16 Bore Model Royal Game Gun Made in 1962 that remains original and in Excellent condition, It has 28" ejector barrels with a rib extension cross bolt at .665 .017 & .022" (Mod. & Imp.Mod), Original 2 3/4" chambers, Side clip action body, Scalloped frame, Intercepting safety sears, 4 each locking screws on key screws, Double triggers, Cheekpiece, Sling eyes, Splinter forend, Pistol grip stock at 14 1/2 x 1 3/4 x 2 11/16" over a hard butt with the Sauer & Sohn logo, 6 lbs. 9 oz., 35% engraving coverage on a satin finished frame, 98% original barrel blue, 95% satin finish on the frame, The trigger guard has 97% original blue, The original stock finish at 92% with the checkering at 100%. The bores are nearly as they were in 1962. The barrels ring with a very pronounced chime and it is as tight as new.
