Smith Gun Company Field Grade Featherweight 12 Bore Made in 1938 that Remains in Nice Condition, 28" Armor Steel Extractor barrels at .730 .024 & .044 (Mod. & Full), 2 3/4"chambers, Double Triggers, Splinter forend, Pistol grip stock at 14 1/8 x 1 5/8 x 3" over the factory buttplate, 6 lbs. 15 oz. This piece retains 90% barrel blue, The original case colors remain at 35%, The breech face has 85% case colors, The trigger guard retains 90% blue, The butt and forend remains at 90% with light handling marks only, The checkering remains at 95%, The barrels inside are absolutely excellent. Here is a very honest Smith with solid metal and solid wood.
