Browning Citori Gr V Field 28ga New In Case
Made in Japan serial number: 14xxxPZ173 (ca. 1981) 28ga, 28" VR barrels w/ a single bead, 2 3/4 chambers, fixed choked M/F (**/*)
The receiver, trigger tang and forend iron have a coined finish and are hand engraved with deep chiseled game scenes and bold European style scroll featuring 3 pheasants on the left side, two ducks on the right, a setter on the bottom of the action and a flying quail on the trigger bow, receiver is also signed by Japanese Master Engraver: M. Ikezawa. Single selective trigger is gold plated.
Field configuratiom w. falt knob pistol grip and field forearm, point pattern checkering and Mullered borders.?Hand engraved and s signed by the engraver.
This gun is in a maker's case and in as new condition w/ a spectacular piece of fiddle back Claro walnut.. Weighs: 6 lbs 15 oz. 14" LOP over factory Browning butt plate, 1 1/2" at C, 2 1/4" at heal.
