A very fine Colt 1851 Navy Revolver, Cal. is .36. blue, scene, case, walnut grips, The cylinder scene is retained about 85% and the barrel blue is strong blue, untoned. The case colors are retained on the frame and loading lever. Bore is excellent with fine rifling. Edges are sharp and all markings crisp. About 50% of the originalsilver plate remains.The grips are fine and retain about 95% of original varnish. Safety pins are present about 65%. Very fine navy. SN 52XXX all matching including wedge and arbor pin. Gun comes with its original belt and holster. The gun and rig have been in a safe for 70 years. The name BLAIR is on the holster.REDUCED!!!
