Description:
Colt Single Action Army, 45LC, 5.5”barrel- This revolver is an “Artillery” model Colt Single Action Army with U.S. stamped on left side of the frame #948 made in 1874. The grip and back strap numbers match each other with all remaining parts from other original martial revolvers. The revolver has a good bore with good rifling and some pits. This revolver has a nice pleasing dark brown patina and is mechanically sound with sub inspector marks but no stock cartouche.
