One of the very last U.S. Cav's made. Inspected by Rinaldo A. Carr
1890. Totally untouched patina, all inspected in correct places, all original parts including grips with maybe a trace of cartouche.
girps #'d inside channel. Slight traces of blue in ej. tube and on bbl under the tube. Nice action and a real "attic" dark heavy patination on smooth metal. All markings original and clear. 140xxx range one of the very last made. Kopec letter verifies gun as totally correct.
Mr. Kopec actually wanted to buy this gun This one has never been cleaned, buffed or polished, a true "attic find" According to Kopec, 95% of these U.S. guns are messed with or faked in some way....not this baby! Just the way I like to find them!
