Description:
                Starting life as a Colt WWI Chateau-Thierry Commemorative, this gun has been customized as a competition pistol.  It has been fitted with a Briley barrel, Bo-Mar sights, an Ed Brown barrel bushing, stag grips, full length guide rod, a beavertail grip safety, Commander hammer, and a flat, checkered mainspring housing with extended magazine well. The slide bears a commemorative rollmark on the right side with a battle scene on the left.
                This pistol shows expected wear on part movement surfaces. There is some rust freckling on the bottom of the magazine well. The bore is bright with sharp rifling. This pistol some mild holster wear as well as has a fair amount of scattered small handling marks.  There is a scratch on the left from reinstalling the slide stop. The rear sight is slightly loose in the dovetail.
