Description:
Made in Finland and known the world over for quality and accuracy, Sako rifles are an excellent choice for the shooter and the collector alike. This deluxe model is built on the 75 IV action. A checkered stock features a rosewood forend tip and grip cap, right hand palm swell, Monte Carlo cheekpiece, and a smooth red recoil pad. Deep, high gloss blued steel compliments the nicely figured walnut. The 22 7/8” barrel is free floated with a target crown. A moose sits in a minimalist engraved border on the floorplate.
This rifle avoids the common mistake of putting low grade glass on a high end firearm. A Zeiss Diavari sits in Optilock rings mounted to the integral tapered dovetail rails. This 3-12X56 offers a wide field of view and large zoom range to take advantage of the .270 Winchester’s flat trajectory.
Showing only a few small compression marks on the left side of the stock below the action, this rifle appears to have been fired very little.
