Description:
The Astra Model 900 is a Mauser Broomhandle copy which was manufactured from 1927 to 1936. This Astra Model 900 was made in the first year of production, 1927. It has the early one line address and a "A" production stamp. It is in excellent mechanical condition with a good bore (some minor corrosion). The blue would rate about 90% with some high edge wear and small scratches in the finish. These are beautifully made pistols with jeweled internal parts (see picture with side-plate removed). This Spanish "Broomhandle" was in direct competition with the Mauser 1896. Nice example of its type.
