This .45 caliber Lancaster rifle has a browned octagon 7/8" x 43" barrel with 1:48 twist and is fitted with fixed sights. Inscribed on the top flat of the barrel is D King '97. The P++++ maple stock is mounted with brass furniture, including a patch box, silver moon in the cheek piece and silver thumb piece. All of the furniture has been very tastefully engraved. The stock has been embellished with very nice carving around the tang, wrist, cheek piece, and entry pipe. The small Siler flint lock with D K inscribed on the plate is activated by a single trigger. The trigger, frizzen, top jaw screw, and hammer screw have been color case hardened. Length of pull is 13-3/4". Very good wood to metal fit, made by Don King. Condition: Very good.
