August 17,2016: New lower price !!! #3678 Jansen in Brussel. Hammer cape gun 12Ga. x 450 BPE. ?Jones under lever, 23 1/2" barrels. The 12 Ga is 2 3/4 " marked "not for ball". 726 bore with 006 constriction. Very nice bore and chamber. The 450 BPE tube has a very nice chamber, the bore has a slight frosting. The blacking appears to be original at 85% condition. The chamber will accept modern brass and nitro for black loads. The gun weighs 8 pounds 2 oz., the action with back action rebouding hammer locks is in excellent condition with 75% original color and 100% large acanthus leaves engraving. Jointing at the breech and bolting are like new. The stock is 14 1/4 " long with heel and toe plates and in 85% original condition. Made at the turn of last century with a British mechanic, barreled, stocked and finished in Liege. Nice gun in overall great original condition.
