Arrieta y CIA is one of the finest of the Spanish made shotguns produced in the true Basque traditions. Michael McIntosh praises the Arrieta in his book "Best Guns" and in fact carried his Arrieta afield as much as any other gun he owned. The Basque makers were famous for making quality "copies" of other guns, and this Arrieta is a Holland & Holland sidelock action produced to perfection. With chopper lump barrels, removable striker discs, articulated front trigger, hand detachable locks, stocked to the fences, cocking indicators, deep chiseled engraving, perfectly struck barrels, superb wood to metal fit, you have ALL OF THE BEST GUN FEATURES AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE! This gun has been carried and shot very little, as it remains in near new condition. Built for New England Arms with special engraving, sn58-03-59-98 was made in 1998. It represents all of the most desired features a person could want in an upland gun and built to last for generations. With its 28" barrels choked IC/M, nicely figured English style stock, balanced perfectly on the hinge pin, weight at 6 1/4lbs., super crisp double triggers (front trigger hinged or "articulated") it is the definition of a classic bird gun. Equally at home practicing on the sporting clays course, you can not find a better value in a fine shotgun. We have priced this gun to sell, so don't hesitate! Thanks for looking!
