Description:
This gun apparently been put together from orig old parts. Forearm and buttstock is a checkered pre-64. Steel buttplate. Bbl is round 20" with full length mag tube. Cal 30-30. Flip up Marbles rear sight and of the period blade front sight. Bbl and mag retain about 98% blue. Receiver has seen no use and has about 90% vivid blue with balance flaked. Inlaid in gold on the extension under the frame on the lever is "J.T. Boone". Crisp sharp gun. Very unusual. Has a Williams mounted receiver sight for hunting. Should make a fine shooter. Takedown carbine like this had to have been put together by someone.
