SUPERIOR EARLY WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 LEVER ACTION 26” OCTAGON .32-40 RIFLE CIRCA 1911. 100% original and in one of the best and scarcest Model 1894 cartridges. Brilliant with 100% bright original blue on the barrel and magazine tube. 99% blue on the bolt and hammer. Perfect screws with nearly all the original blue. Frame and forend cap also with most of the blue with minor dark patination. Loading lever and hammer with all the case hardening. Original (to the gun) Winchester Elevator semi-buckhorn rear and patent marked (PAT. / Nov. 4-02) front sights. Stock and forend with all the original finish. Working order and mint bore. Looks almost unfired. One of the nicest untouched 1894’s we have had in several years.
