Description:
Serial #4603, .41 RF, 4" part round/part octagon barrel with a good bore that has moderate freckling along its length. The metal surfaces have a predominately mottled gray patina accented with some plum-brown along the edges and scattered staining and pinprick pitting. The smooth rosewood grips are numbered to the gun and rate good-very good with a few short, with-the-grain cracks through the center at the screw bolsters. The action remains strong and fully functional. This is a nice "No. 3" size Saw-Handle deringer, and is in good condition. Antique
