An exceptional 1911A1 45acp. pistol by the Ithaca Gun Company and refurbished by Springfield Armory with the RARE Augusta Arsenal marks (A A) complete and correct except for the magazine. Manufactured in 1943 and has beautiful parkerizing just starting to turn shiny, perfect bore and includes a BOYD "42" US Holster. This would be a definite upgrade to any 1911A1 collection as these pistols in this condition are getting very tough to find and that have not been molested in some way. Some very minor handling marks but super clean. Some marks around the ejection port (see photos) nothing at all serious.This is a solid 95% to 98% pistol.
