Personal Check with hold Description: Model 1877 Gendarmerie Rolling Block Double Barrel Pistol. 9MM NAGANT CALIBER. This was the first Belgian Police Service Arm to use a mettalic cartridge. Serial number is #1334 and is all matching! Features a Rolling Block Action with Double Hammers and Single Trigger. Trigger is pulled once to fire right barrel and second time to fire the left barrel. On the left side it is marked "BREVET REMINGTON" over the serial number, and right side is marked "BREVET/NAGANT" and " E.M. &L NAGANT/LIEGE" in a circle. There are Leige Proof marks throughout, and the matching serial number is marked on the left side of the barrel lug, barrel, and frame along with the breech block. It is also found on the Butt Cap along with the letter "W". The Blue Patina is approx. 75% with finish wear primarily on the upper portion of the left barrel. The Bores on the 5 1/2" barrels are excellent!. The checkered grip is solid showing some light smoothing. The Hammers, Trigger and the Breech Block Have nice Case Coloring. Has a lanyard stud.
