Description:
A clean, RARELY SEEN S&W REGULATION POLICE MODEL with a 6" barrel, and an excellent bore and some minor frosting in the grooves. This fine revolver has bout 85% factory blue with most of the wear on the high points and on the back-strap/grip area, and one section of the cylinder.Serial number is on the inside of the lower grips fame, as the longer factory grips cover the butt all numbers match 296064. Still has strong color case hardening on the trigger and the hammer.Very early S&W American walnut hand checkered grips are very good with little wear and numbered to the gun, and with the deep dish/set medallions. The butt of the grips has a patent date of 1917!SN 2960XX. Gun still locks up tight and is chambered for the .32S&W Long. We don’t have asite .I prefer money orders or a check.
