one of the finest mausers u will ever see nothing left undone typical 1/2 rd 1/2 octagon barrel with solid mat rib with bright bore blue on total rifle is good to perfect stocks has very minor handling marks with red pad with widow peak this marvelous stock work was done by Earl Miliron the front ring is totally matted with 1906 highlighted on left side swing safety is unkown by me bolt is checked on top and hollow on bottom with unique checkering around rim of hole with set triggers and hinged floor plate bolt has foldup peep sight
