Very rare Winchester model 12 20ga.with a nickel steel barrel and a solid rib.Built in 1927,this gun has a 28" nickel steel barrel choked full.It has 23/4" chambers.1927 was the last year for the nickel steel barrels.This gun retains at least 95% of the original blue and 98% of the original wood finish.The gun has not been altered in any way.It has the early style stock and the "corncob" forend.This is an extremely hard gun to find in this kind of condition.The bore is excellent with no dents,rust,or pits.The take up ring has not been moved.A great gun for the Winchester collector or a classic field gun for doves,pheasants,or clays.C&R eligible.
