It has minty, mirror bores, crack-free original factory serial numbered wood, super-tight lock up and great balance, about an inch ahead of the hinge pin. 30" tubes, choked 0.030" and 0.040, have 0.733" bores, 2-5/8" chambers and 0.030" minimum wall thickness. Their brilliant rust blue finish is flawless, even in the rib matting! Ribs are tight and barrels lock shut leaving the top lever just to the right of center. Vibrant case colors rate a conservative 70%; many would rate this as high as 80%. Wood is proud of the metal and tight to the inletting. An oil finish has been applied in the not too distant past, and it is simply beautiful (AND durable, AND can be touched-up easily...). All mechanicals are fine and there are no red flags. Pull is 14" over the factory plastic butt and theres 2-5/8" drop at the heel. So, this IS just a Trojan; very clearly not a 100% untouched 90 year old shotgun thats just been extracted from the hermetically sealed carton in the proverbial little old lady's attic...
