Description:
This model five screw pre-model 30 in .32 long caliber has a 2" pinned barrel, and the action locks up tight and indexes good. Looks like it was bead blasted as it is a soft grey color, and the area around the trigger guard on the left side has pitting, and the flat of the side plate on the right side also but more shallow dine pits. The S&W walnut grips have the vintage diamond around the screw escutcheon. The bore is very shiny, and rifled clean, and right side of the barrel states:32 LONG CTG. and the left side states:SMITH & WESSON.This gun is slightly smaller than the detective model . Would make a good shooter but because of the finish it wouldn't be considered collectible. SN 575366. Comes with a russet leather BIANCHI holster with a steel clip for inside the belt concealment.
