Description:
S# NSN, 7mm (7 X 57), 30 inch barrel, very good bore with strong rifling and frosted grooves. This rifle was built between 1902 (last patent date) and 1910 and it remains in very good condition with Nicaraguan style rear sight, no groove hand guard and Day's patent Rotary extractor. Action is mostly grey with silvering (from case hardening) in protected areas. barrel shows 60% blue with staining and faded areas. Wood shows typical marks and was lightly refinished long ago. Wood fits metal quite well and has no visible cracks. Sling keepers are still present and all parts appear original to gun. An original cleaning rod is also included . FFL or C+R
