Winchester Model 1897 .12ga. Pump Action Shotgun with 30 inch field barrel and 26 inch cyl. bore barrel. The serial number of this example is 15xxxx placing date of manufacture in 1901-02. Overall condition of this gun is fine with I believe to be 90-95% of the original factory blue. I see some worn jeweling on the bolt and the stock has "Extra Fancy Walnut" this was probably a "Special Order" Gun. Both barrel assemblies are matching serial numbers. The bores are perfect and will rate a 10 on a 1 to 10 scale. "The Takedown Feature" on both barrel assemblies are mechanically perfect.
