Description:
This 1849 Colt Pocket revolver was manufactured in 1870. It has a 4 inch barrel and is in .31 caliber. It is in fair to good condition. Most of the cylinder scene is gone, but all of the numbers match except the wedge, which is un-numbered. The grip strap bottom has been filed and a brass screw has been put in place of tghe original. The number of the gun is still legible on the bottom. Mechanically, the gun works well. When cocking the hammer, the hand turns the cylinder 4 out of 5 times. Other than that, the gun is tight and works fine.
