Description:
"J Manton London Fine Twist" label on top rib. 30" Barrels, 7lb 7oz Approx. 1880 manufacture. Gun is tight on face, damascus is strongly visible. Minor pitting within 8" of chambers, absolutely no dents at all to the barrel walls. Dent on face of muzzle, pictured. Recoil pad was removed in it's lifetime, current LOP is 13 3/4" to end of wood. My belief is that the strikers have been replaced, and are not original to the Gun.
