This book is the FACT BOOK on the complete Military History, development and production from 1900 to 1945. The book also contains foreign pistols, gallery pistols , revolvers, cartridge development and the collectors folding serial number reference and 3 corrections that really are not greatly important.This is without a doubt the most informative .45 service pistol reference ever written. An absolute must for any collector! If you plan on investing good money into these firearms this book is well worth the price. The information is so detailed it could prevent you from purchasing a throw together gun for a mint price.The sale on these books is final because of the rarity and the fact of damage that could unintentionally be caused simply by turning pages.
