***SOLD***For your viewing from my shooting buddy's estate. Is a Savage 1899 B in Savage 303 cal. Made in 1901. Rifle has a 26. " octagon barrel with a German silver Rocky Mountain front sight. Barrel is dark but strong rifling. Stock has a few cracks but they have all be professionally repaired and is very sound. Stock and forearm has been refinished. Barrel bluing is original. This rifle is not a collector but a good substantial shooter and is priced accordingly.
