Carl Gustafs model 1896 M96 Swedish Mauser in 6.5x55mm Swedish
Matching numbers on the action, bolt, bolt knob, floor plate, safety flag, and fining pin, Barrel bands are not matching number.
Bolt is rust free and very shiney for a 116 year old rifle!
Recoil is very light and rifle groups nice and tight, as the 6.5 caliber has reputation for accuracy.
Rifle has Bayonet lug, and Bayonet is included as pictured.
The bolt on these rifles are cock upon closing, which is different then bolt actions you may be familiar with.
