Excellent shooter grade Colt Python 4" Blue V prefix early 80's production.357 magnum, high polish blue finish, finger notch medallion grips. 95-96% condition conservatively. This is an excellent shooter but is below collector grade due to the following:
The right side of the gun shows some old light pits along the top edge of the frame and barrel rib, I suspect it was sitting dry in a leather holster. the damage is cosmetic but it is there and i did my best to show it in the photos.
There is also a drag mark from the cylinder release consistent with a gun that has been fired.
The bore is very good the balance of the blue shows some light holster wear near the muzzle.
This one isn't a safe queen , It is an honest gun that shows no signs of being reworked or enhanced. It was used but remains tight in function and lock up and will have many 1000's more rounds of faithful service to new owner. With the Python market bringing very high dollars this is your opportunity to obtain a reasonably price great looking shooter for your collection.
