Description:
CSMC RBL 16 Gauge Reserve SxS
ENGLISH STOCK, BEAVERTAIL, AS NEW

General Specs: CSMC RBL, Year 2008, 16 Gauge, 7lbs 1oz, Side-by-Side
Serial Number: RBL003837

Many of you who enjoy shooting with the side by side shotgun are familiar with Tony Galazan’s well received RBL series of round bodied guns.  Most are aware that these guns are now discontinued and only a few 16ga. guns remain for sale.  The gun presented in this ad is an as new, barely fired RBL with the options of ventilated rib, beavertail forend, and 4X wood.  Balanced dead on the hinge pin, engraved with setter and pointer on each side, and with gorgeous wood, the RBL is ready to shoot modern ammunition of your choice and is a very versatile gun ready for upland game and/or fun on the clays course.  As with most desirable firearms that have been discontinued, the RBL will increase in value as time goes on, (as long as it is cared for) and as such, is a good place to invest your money and enjoy its use.  The 29" Ventilated rib barrels choked SK/LM are in 100% condition, as is the wood and case color on the receiver.  These guns came with quick detachable pads in a thin and thick variation.  This gun measures 14 3/8" LOP to the thinner pad.  If you need the gun to be 14 3/4" LOP we can get the thicker pad from Connecticut Shotgun for an extra $60.  These are great guns, especially if you are a volume shooter and/or are worried about shooting vintage shotguns with heavier loads, steel or other hard shot where required, or like the feel of a round bodied game gun.  Great price as well.  This gun new at CSMC is about a $5300 gun.   You can buy this one for a lot less!
