Serial numbers 67000 - 69202 indicate this pistol was part of a 2000 pistol transfer from Sweden to Danish authorities in exile in 1944 and later transferred to the Danish Police, (Rplt. S). These pistols were delivered and marked by Swedish inspection officer Cpt. Sten Stenmo, (SS) on back of slide. There are minor blemishes and normal holster wear as would be expected of a pistol 72 years old. The pistol functions perfectly with on firing, jamming or ejection issues. Two indents on back strap shown in photos, indicate the pistol was factory refurbished at some point, possibly a new barrel. The barrel is bright and shiny with strong lands and grooves. Engraved just below the serial number on the frame is, "Sweden m40 cal 9mm cd swan VI". The pistol comes with three eight rd. magazines,cleaning rod, loading tool and original Husqvarna holster..
