Description:
A clean tight Remington model 14A chambered for the .30 Rem. cartridge, with a 21 1/2"barrel and a clean rifled bore. Blue finish is about 90% with some thinning on the barrel.And the American walnut stocks are very good, with original finish and a few very small handling marks, nothing serious. The fine gun comes with a steel crescent butt-plate. Action is tight and would make a good shooter.Only thing not correct is a patch of very fine pits on the bottom left front end of the frame as seen in the photo, and just ahead of the trigger guard in which the pits are more aggressive. This can be removed by my gunsmith but is not included with the gun, to have this done would cost me about $20 to $30! We don’t have asite .I prefer money orders or a check.
