Smith & Wesson 39-2, Cal.9mm, Ser. 1886XX.
Not our usual thing but a very nice gun indeed. The only finish loss is due to sharp edge slivering. Not a scratch, rust spot or nick anywhere. All parts are correct for the gun. The gun functions properly, and locks up tight. It appears to have seen very little use. The edge silvering is probaly due to holster wear.
The grip straps have not grayed, the rear sight is fully adjustable for windage and elevation. The walnut checkered grips like the rest of the gun show almost no wear. No splits dents or flattened points. The screws are not marred. The bolt face, feed ramp and slide rail show little use.
The bore is super bright with razor sharp rifling. The gun comes with on original S & W magazine.
