Good working ISSAC HOLLIS & SONS 12ga. double muzzleloader shotgun. Bore gauge shows a tight 12ga. Both hammers work good. Nipples are poor, and top of barrel stamped: LAMINATED STEEL> Locks stamped with company..Locks and hammers are engraved.Barrels are 27" long and are painted black patina, bores are as expected on this 150 year old shotgun, with mild pitting.Stock is very strong with no problems, and has an old oak ramrod, with a brass.The stock was repaired at one time and is solid, and looks like a braise repair on the top tang.This is a wall hanger that looks well , not a shooter.
