Browning A-5 S-16 w/26" Ventilated Rib
This "Sweet Sixteen" is an Iconic member of the A-5 Series. This one was born in 1956 w/a Serial No. of S697XX,
Ii has some very light handling marks on the wood. It has no cracks , scratches , dings or dents in the wood. The metal has excellent Bluing and very light wear on the lower tang. Overal quality is both very good to excellent.
both the Butt Stock and the Forearm are a Honey -red subdued type rich coloring with a nice faint waving in the grain. Also both are a perfect match.
Thid S-16 appears to be an all original Browning and unmolested.
