Description:
Belgian Browning standard 16ga. A5.Built in the 1930s,this gun has the push type safety in the front of the trigger guard.It is in remarkable condition for its age,retaining 98% of the original blue and at least 98% of the original wood finish.The engraving is sharp and crisp and much more coverage than the later A5s.The 271/2" matte rib barrel is choked modified.The gun is chambered 23/4" from the factory.The wood is sound with no cracks or gouges and is of higher quality than the post war guns.The horn buttplate has a few chips in it but is intact and usable.This is a classic pre war Browning in outstanding condition.C&R eligible.
