The Marlin Bicycle Rifle was a 22 cal short rifle with only a 16" bbl. This one has a 2/3 oct and 1/3 round bbl which are almost never seen. This gun has the early style mag release. Serial number is 2485 and is marked "Marlin Mod. 39" on the tang. Add high condition to the rare factor and you have a highly collectible good investment grade Marlin Rifle!
