Description:
A very good Winchester Model 1873 in .32-20 caliber, and is estate as found! Action is tight and works well, and the brass cartridge elevator in the bottom has a mellow patina with : .32 CAL. Comes with two sights, and the American walnut stocks are clean with no issues. The right side of the burr-stock has a shallow long scratch from Grandad's diamond ring. Has an iron crescent butt-plate. The 24" long round barrel has a good bore, with strong rifling and about 7 1/2" from the muzzle has a bulge from Grandad shooting hundred year old ammo. Best to get fresh ammo than use old stuff, that gets stuck half way down and the next one comes down the bore and expands the stuck round. Overall looks good and would shoot new ammo easily.
