A fine and early Sako Riihimaki Sporting rifle chambered in 222 Remington circa 1954 remaining in 98%+ original condition. The original stock has beautiful grain with its original varnish and very few small handling marks...no repairs, cracks or issues. Original Sako plastic butt plate and original screws. It has its original swivels and bases also. Sharp checkering with no wear. Excellent bore, shiny with strong rifling and not a hint of any corrosion. It has its original magazine that remains in the same matching condition as the rifle. Matching bolt with beautiful original finish. A classic varmint rifle by the King of Sporting rifles...SAKO...in my opinion the most beautiful and well crafted production rifles ever made...as well as being the most accurate...bar none!!! USPS Priority mail is 60.00 shipped and boxed in a new plastic hard case.
