Description:
W.W. Greener Empire Model with 3" Chambers. Most likely a Jump Shooting Waterfowl Gun the way it is choked. 30 Inch Barrels choked IC and IM. Originally, .729 as marked on Flats along with 3" Designation and proofing ( 3 & 1/2 Tons per sq. Inch ). Receiver Metal retains 70-75% Original Case Colors. Bottom of Receiver and Trigger Guard have little or no color from being hunted. Barrel Blue is 98+% and does not appear to have been refinished. Nice English Walnut Stock, not a lot of figure. Solid with no cracks, chips or splits. Does have a thin White line Pad. A couple minor handling marks with one very small dent in the V of the checking on the right side of the stock (See Photos). Good solid Working Gun for Waterfowl, Pheasants or Turkeys. Birmingham Proofed. FFL or C&R Required. Shot a few myself with this old Cannon. Thanks for Looking.
