#60715, Chapuis Model Brousse Left Hand in 470 Nitro Express with Factory Upgraded Features, 23 5/8" Ejector Barrels with Quarter rib 1 standing & 3 folding sights, Double triggers, Bolstered frame, Bushed strikers, Scalloped action back, Beavertail forend, Open pistol grip stock, Cheekpiece for the left hand, Steel engraved grip cap, Rolled trigger guard edge for the left hand, The guard strap to the grip cap plus 3 tiedown screws in the guard strap, 14 5/16" LOP over a 1" Decelerator pad, 2 each mercury recoil reducers installed at the factory when built, 12 lbs., 5A extra fancy wood on the order that has excellent black/brown contrast, 95% coverage of floral engraving with a Cape Buffalo on the bottom, The created engraving applied to this gun was done by Master Engraver Mr. Ivan Thierry, This gun is new and ready for sale in the U. S. It is cased in the molded trunk from the factory. We feel so strong about these guns mechanically that we will take care of any problems for as long as you own it, except the wood. We have had every current made boxlock double rifle in our shop, have shot them all, worked on all, had all of them apart and we know for fact that you can't buy a better one for the money than a Chapuis. We regulate, re-joint, do triggers, re-barrel and hunt with and shoot a lot of double rifles. We flat know this is one tough, attractive, high precision, go to Africa and have money left for the second Buffalo type of gun. I challenge you to show me a better current double rifle for the money.
