Description:
50k serial range. Cal 44. 24" round bbl, full length mag tube and crescent butt. Strong bbl blue. Mag tube has an aged color. Good finish on the receiver which shows aging and wear which it should. Smooth metal. Remnants of case color on lever and hammer. Good overall condition on the wood. Good fitting with just a sliver missing along the bottom tang. Barely visible. Forearm has a couple of dings and a chip missing off the left side of the cap. Strong rifling with some roughness in the bore. May clean up. 1st and 2nd model Winchesters are becoming harder to find.
