Description:
A vintage model 99f Savage 99 in .300 caliber with a 22" barrel and a clean, shiny, rifled bore.This model has the cocking indicator on the top tang but m=was made before the tang safety. Made I think 1954. The action is tight, and the lever has much of it's color case hardening. Blue on the gun is about 85% with most wear on the high edges of the receiver. Has both sights, and a steel ribbed butt-plate. The American walnut wood stocks have sharp hand checkering, and spots of age staining, but has a hand rubbed oil finish. This .33 savage caliber is a potent cartridge. This gun is ready for the woods. We don’t have asite . I prefer money orders or a check. Item ships when funds come in.
