Description:
Serial #258509, .38 Special, 3” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a 1953-made revolver that retains practically all of the original blue finish on the barrel and cylinder, and a commensurate amount of the black anodized finish on the alloy frame. The checkered walnut Colt medallion grips are in excellent, virtually unused condition with no real blemishes nor any flattening of the points. The revolver is housed in its original two-piece Colt woodgrain box (numbered to the gun on the bottom) which is also in excellent shape having only minor edge wear and corner damage. This is a fantastic early '50s Cobra that appears to have been factory test-fired only and rates excellent condition overall. FFL or C&R
