- Note: This 1938 manufactured, Pre-War, Colt Official Police came out of the Pinkerton Security Service inventory that we acquired years ago. The gun shows blue wear and some light staining and minor pitting, however, the gun is mechanically sound. Bore is bright with strong lands and grooves. The gun locks up solid. The right grip panel has a piece missing at the base. We were unable to find another set of grips for the gun, but a set could be located if someone wanted to take the time to look!
