SOLD PENDING FUNDS Rare bird in fine shooting mettle ... I put two rounds within 2" at 75 yds 300gr Magma cast over 53 gr 4198, right under the bead. Tight Jones UL action, non-rebounding locks w stalking safeties, good screws and a fair amount of strong engraving. 28" steel barrels with patent oval bores (nice and bright) marked with the usual essay, and plenty of blue but a little crusty. Stippled rib, single leaf marked 50yds/200 yds. This gun appears to be all original apart from an added pad (the spur of the original horn plate remains so not cut), 14" LOP. Checkering on wrist is original, forend has been recheckered and soundly repaired. Front bead is a replacement, nicely done. 8lbs. A sound shooter and conversation piece.
