23" SxS chopper-lump double rifle barrels with matted quarter rib, 1 standing and 1 folding platinum-lined express sight engraved for 100 and 300 yards. 26" SxS chopper-lump 28ga shotgun barrels with flat matted rib choked modified & full. 14 3/4"pull from checkered front trigger to leather-faced Silvers pad. 1 9/16 - 2 3/8"drop. 3/8" cast-off. Holland & Holland signature-scroll engraved, coin-finished receiver with concealed third fastener, bushed firing pins, extended top and bottom tangs, built-in recessed folding tang peep sight, gold-lined cocking indicators and manual top tang safety with SAFE in gold. Highly figured walnut stock with steel trapdoor pistol grip cap, Anson-pushbutton-release splinter forend, classic point-pattern checkering, teardrops and vacant gold oval. Weight: 7lbs, 12oz as a double rifle; 6lbs, 12oz as a shotgun. Originally built 1910 as a .375 double rifle. Two sets of barrels, new circa 1975, the shotgun barrels by Holland & Holland for Abercrombie & Fitch; the double rifle barrels possibly by another, London proofed 1975. 99%blue. Tight action. Excellent bores. In trunk case with maker's label.
