1873. Circa 1881 second model 44-40 octagon full mag. Serial 75xxx. Indian gun out of Oklahoma. Nothing to verify this. Just a story. Crack on forearm but solid. What it is. Is the cheapest 44-40 octagon on the web. Has a very good bore and shoots great. Next closes gun is a round barrel for $2600 plus tax. Tax about $200
