The gun remains in original factory profile as the barrel and stock have not been altered. The gun is basically a plum brown gun from stem to stern. The forend on this model is a 2-piece forend. The left panel of the forend shows a lot of wood loss from wear on the lower edge next to the action. The buttstock is in amazingly great condition with one, what appears to be, 1.5" long scratch on the left side of the butt. Traces of case colors remain on both action flats. The bore is frosted from front to back due to years of black powder cartridge use. The gun is mechanically sound.
